You have found the love of your life. And now, it is time to pop the question. But how to make a grand gesture worthy of her love? Enter The Heart Bandits.
I met this Michelle and Marvin Velazquez, the husband and wife power duo behind The Heart Bandits, at a wedding not too long ago. Not too long after, Michelle called me up to see if I was interested taking photos for their company. She explained that they helped clients pop the question in memorable and romantic ways. They help plan the proposal right down to the little details, and use their experience and expertise so you don't have to do it alone.
Because they have planned so many proposals, they know all the potential problems to look out for, how to avoid them, and can save you money, and get you in to places you might not normally be able to because of their vendor status. Their proposals and expert advice have been featured in the Associated Press, LA Times, New York Magazine, The Morning Show, and many other reputable outlets.
Since then, I have had the opportunity to shoot multiple proposals for them, and they have been amazing experiences. Here are a few photos from those shoots.
He wanted a quiet, personal proposal after a romantic getaway and dinner. We made a pathway of hundreds of rose petals bordered by tea lights, with a heart made of rose petals on the bed.
He wanted to surprise her while meeting sea lions at The Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach. The sea lion gave her the little buoy asking if she would marry him,
He wanted to surprise her with a helicopter ride over Los Angeles. They flew over Hollywood, Santa Monica, and landed on a hill top in Malibu where he proposed to her.
These proposals have all been so unique and special. I have no doubt in my mind that The Heart Bandits are a great team to have on your side when you are planning your proposal. You can get more information about The Heart Bandits here:
